Mavy Investment Strategies will not take custody of the investments or funds of our clients. Instead each client will appoint a custodial firm where all investment transactions take place. The custodial firm is ultimately the choice of each client; however we will recommend custodians based on the indiviudal needs of each client.

We cannot accept responsiblity for your actions while accessing your account, nor do we accept responsibility for any breach of security which may occur during your session. Mavy Investments is not responsible for performance reporting, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by your custodian.
